Dawn
Leoffler manages the front office of the hospital. As
a client you will have regular contact with Dawn when
you check in and check out and schedule appointments.
Additionally she is responsible for client updates,
inventory management, and daily financial accounting.
Dawn finds working with the clients and patients a refreshing
change from her prior position as a special needs teacher.
Dawn is a graduate of Bridgewater State College with
a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
donna
silva,
nurse practitioner
Donna
Silva has been a member of the Brockton Animal Hospital
team for 19 years. Donna worked as a technician at the
hospital for 16 years before becoming a nurse practitioner.
As a nurse practitioner, she admits and releases surgical
and medical patients, provides triage, and responds
to medical inquiries. Prior to joining Brockton Animal
Hospital Donna was a research assistant at Children's
Hospital studying the effect of various medications
on pulmonary hypertension. In her free time Donna fosters
pregnant cats through the birth and weaning process
for the MSPCA. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Biology from Stonehill College.

fagan,
veterinary technician Kelly
Fagan has been with Brockton Animal Hospital for 5 years.
She joined the practice part time while she was finishing
her undergraduate degree, and continued on fulltime
after graduation. As a veterinary technician Kelly prepares
patients for surgery, treats medical patients, provides
laboratory services, and supervises surgical setup and
supply. Kelly has a particularly gentle and compassionate
manner with patients under her care. Kelly holds a Bachelor
of Science in Geography from Bridgewater State College.

dimond,
veterinary technician Cathy
Dimond has been a veterinary technician for 6 years
and at Brockton Animal Hospital for 5 years. Cathy and
Kelly work closely together as veterinary technicians.
Cathy also prepares patients for surgery, treats medical
patients and provides laboratory services. Additionally
Cathy consults clients in issues regarding behavior
and training. She has a strong interest in behavior
and training and takes continuing education courses
in the area. Cathy has an affinity for large dogs, and
her interest in fitness training is an asset in the
care of these pets.
sandra
tanen,
hospital administrator Sandra
Tanen has been at Brockton Animal Hospital for 8 years.
As hospital administrator she manages all non-medical
aspects of the hospital including client relations,
marketing, finance and personnel management. In a prior
life Sandra was a Wall Street investment banker. She
finds working at the hospital more rewarding as success
is measured by the health of the patients and satisfaction
of the clients, rather than strictly financial gain.
Sandra holds a J.D. from Boston University School of
Law. |
